Using state of the art Computer to Plate Screen Platesetter and Trueflow PDF workflow, we can output direct to plate for our Komori Lithrone litho presses or imposed direct to our AccurioPRESS digital press.

Running at speeds of up to 15,000 sheets per hour our press delivers high speed production under complete control on paper weights ranging from 70gsm to 400gsm.
The PQC press control system maintains consistency throughout the print run and affords us very speedy make-ready and preparation times. All press settings for a particular job are archived to computer, so if a reprint is required, all previous press settings are restored at the touch of a button.
We use vegetable based printing inks and process-less chemical free plates to help the environment.
Post Press
In keeping with our front-end developments, our finishing department is equipped with high-speed, high-quality machinery, including Polar guillotine, MBO folding equipment and Muller Martini stitching line. We also offer wire-o-binding and maintain over ninety per cent of our print finishing in-house.
